Jeff Phillips is the co-owner of PMI Ozark Professionals, bringing over 15 years of business leadership experience. He currently plays a key role in guiding multiple companies within the manufacturing and property management sectors.
With a strong passion for success and a commitment to integrity—specifically the principle of "do what you say you're going to do"—Jeff is dedicated to building high-performing teams with exceptional cultures. He believes that a team with a positive, healthy culture is essential for delivering products and services that not only meet but exceed customer expectations, ultimately enhancing their lives. This philosophy is a core element that sets PMI Ozark Professionals apart from its competitors.
Originally from Springfield, MO, Jeff married into a family from the Pomme de Terre Lake and Lake Ozark areas. His faith and family are the driving forces behind his dedication to both work and life. Jeff embraces a "work hard, play hard" mindset—when he’s not working or spending time with his kids, you’ll likely find him enjoying one of the many local lakes or rivers.
Blake Hohensee is co-owner of PMI Ozark Professionals, bringing a strong background in business leadership and property management to the Lake of the Ozarks community. With over 15 years of experience in manufacturing and business leadership for public companies, Blake transitioned into property management three years ago with a vision to create exceptional vacation experiences for guests while providing property owners with peace of mind.
As the driving force behind business development and the management of the company’s property management system, Blake ensures seamless operations and top-tier service. His commitment to reliability and integrity is reflected in his guiding principle: Do what you say you're going to do—every time.

Nick Schumacher is the General Manager at PMI Ozark Professionals, focused on keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently. With a background in finance, accounting, and business development, he works to streamline processes and keep the business moving forward. He takes a practical, no-nonsense approach to problem-solving—whether it’s refining financial reports, day-to-day operations, or helping the team work smarter. His focus is simple: solve problems, stay efficient, and always improve. Originally from Iowa, Nick moved to St. Louis before coming to the Lake of the Ozarks. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, staying up to date on technology and investing, and continuously learning to improve both professionally and personally.
